1. Booking Appointments

• Appointments are confirmed by phone, email, Whatsapp or SMS text message
• 48 hours notice required for cancellations
• Late cancellations/no-shows may incur a charge

2. Deposits

No deposit required. Full payment on the day.

3. Pricing

All prices include VAT where applicable. Prices may change with notice.

4. Allergies & Health

• Please inform us of allergies or skin conditions
• We cannot guarantee against allergic reactions
• Pregnancy/medical conditions - please advise

4A. Products

• Products used may not be 100% vegan or organic
• If you have specific requirements, please check with your stylist
• Always verify product details with manufacturer for allergies/restrictions

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for allergic reactions, even with prior disclosure
• Results vary due to individual hair/skin conditions - no guarantees are given
• We cannot be held responsible for normal fading, colour change or treatment wear
• Our total liability shall not exceed the cost of the service provided
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses

6. Children

Unless agreed, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

7. Complaints

Please contact us as soon as possible after your appointment if you have any concerns. We'll do our best to resolve issues promptly and fairly.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law.
